1. Service Provider
Sindbet is operated by UAB Kesnita. These Terms govern your access to and use of sindbet.com.
2. The Service
Sindbet provides an AI-powered simulation and prediction platform. Simulations are probabilistic models; results are not guarantees of real-world outcomes. Sindbet is a decision-support tool, not financial or legal advice.
3. Accounts
- You must be 18 or older to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- One account per person; sharing accounts is prohibited.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Plans are billed weekly or as shown at checkout. Prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated.
- Payments are processed by Paddle.com as the Merchant of Record.
- Subscriptions auto-renew. Cancel any time from your account dashboard.
- No refunds on partially used billing periods except where required by law.
5. Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 7 days of your first payment if you have not used more than 3 simulations. After that period, or after significant use, refunds are not available. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use Sindbet to: reverse-engineer the platform, resell outputs without permission, automate requests beyond API plan limits, or violate applicable laws.
7. Intellectual Property
The Sindbet platform, simulation engine, and brand are owned by UAB Kesnita. Your simulation inputs and results remain yours; you grant us a limited license to process them to provide the service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Sindbet is provided "as is." We make no warranty that simulations will be accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted. Simulation results are estimates based on probabilistic models.
9. Limitation of Liability
UAB Kesnita's liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after 30 days' notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
